Training

Make the right first impression

Become a team of supercommunicators.

Can you afford bad communication?

Find your voice. Communicate with confidence and clarity.

Poor communication costs businesses 18%* in lost sales. And that’s before you count the delayed projects, the low morale, and the deals that quietly died.

The good news: communication is a skill. And skills can be learned.

PAYSTRAX - Client relationship and trust building training for an international team

PAYSTRAX - Client relationship and trust building training for an international team

PAYSTRAX, a licensed payment institution regulated in the UK and Lithuania, wanted to improve customer loyalty and optimise internal workflows across their 4 offices in Lithuania, Iceland, and the UK. We delivered a multi-format training programme that included online company-wide seminars and in-person workshops in Vilnius and Klaipėda. Our training covered emotional intelligence in client-facing comms and effective process management.

First Impression's communication training has equipped our employees with the skills to handle disagreements professionally and constructively, rather than reacting based on emotions. This enables more productive conversations, reduces workplace tension, and fosters a more harmonious and collaborative work environment.

What our clients say

Emilija Pilypienė
I retain the most information when I get to physically test my abilities and thoughts during the training itself. The trainers encouraged thinking and experimenting - and special commendation for the fact that there was a lot of laughter in the workshop.

P&C Partner, Exacaster

Vilija Sriubiškė
I had a great time and didn’t even have time to check my phone or reply to work emails - and we all know how hard it can be to disconnect from that. I’m very happy with my decision to choose the First Impression team.

FAQs

People often ask us

Half-day workshops start at €1,500 for up to 30 people. Full-day sessions start at €2,500. Multi-session courses start at €4,000. We always provide a fixed quote before you commit.

Both, though we'll be honest: the best training happens live, in a room. That said, we run effective online sessions for distributed teams, and we'll tell you up front which format suits your goals.

Yes. We deliver workshops across the Baltics, Germany, and Switzerland. Travel costs are quoted separately, and virtual workshops are available worldwide.

Tailored, always. Before any session we learn what your team actually struggles with (this could be pitching to clients, presenting to the board, emails that get ignored) and build the workshop around that. We don’t deal in the kind of generic training your people will have forgotten over the weekend.

Both, natively. We run sessions in either language, and we're comfortable with mixed-language teams. For groups working on their business English, we can also build the language growth into the training itself rather than treating it as separate.

It depends on the workshop. Skills like presentation and public speaking benefit from small groups so everyone gets to practise and get valuable feedback. More lecture-style sessions can run larger. Tell us your headcount and what outcomes you expect and we'll propose the most suitable option.

Almost certainly. In fact, coming up with tailored programmes has always been our strength. If communication is the problem in whatever shape or form, it's worth a conversation. Talk to us.

We’re happy with either, but if you’re looking for long-term results, a long-term relationship might be the right option. We're not talking about weekly sessions, rather an ongoing relationship where communication as a topic is revisited periodically. For example, we have clients we drop in on every 6 months or year to refresh their communication skills or move them to the next level.

First Impression's partners - Michael, Oleg and Malcolm. In other words, the consultants, marketers and writers who are running our agency. They are communicators who are doing this for a living, which means the advice is practical and tested in the real world. That said, unlike many "agencies who also do training," our partners include trained pedagogues and experienced university lecturers - so they know how to structure and deliver a session effectively.
