Build and deliver presentations that land
The message, the structure, the slides, and the delivery.
Helping these companies win over the room:
Message matters
The slides aren't the problem. The thinking behind them is.
Why do so many presentations fail to land? The argument is buried, the point arrives on slide 14, and the audience has quietly checked out. Then comes the delivery: rushing, reading the slides aloud, panicking in the Q&A.
Like a coin, a great presentation has two sides. The message and the performance. You have to find the single thing you want the room to remember and deliver it like you mean it. We help with both.
Finding your message
We help you work out what you’re actually trying to say and why anyone should care.
Structure and narrative
A talk is an argument, not a list. We shape your content into a story with a spine, so it builds, lands, and sticks.
Presentation training
We cover structure, your presenter style, handling nerves, and surviving Q&A. All with practical, hands-on training built around the talks your people actually give.
Delivery coaching
One-to-one or small-group coaching ahead of a specific high-stakes talk. Pacing, presence, voice, and body language, all rehearsed until you feel comfortable.
Slide design
Slides should carry the message, not bury it. We turn dense, wordy decks into clean visuals that support rather than distract.
Pitch and keynote support
End-to-end help for the talks that really matter: investor pitches, conference keynotes, board presentations. From blank page to standing ovation.

Case study
TLT Manufacturing - Building a Group-wide modular presentation for global outreach
TLT Manufacturing is an advanced electronics manufacturing group and sister company to Teltonika. Combined, their revenue in 2025 exceeded €425 million. TLT Manufacturing is expanding globally, and needed a new modular presentation to support its sales efforts. This highly complex, strategic-level task required the creation of an overall narrative for the group, plus individual messaging for its 3 companies. Each company has specific audiences and value propositions, and highly technical service offerings.
The process worked very well. This is not my first time hiring consultants, and I have worked as a consultant myself as well, and First Impression's consultants are definitely above average. They have a strong reputation within the TLT team. We all valued the personal connection that they built. They were pleasant to work with and did not feel corporate.

What our clients say
FAQs
People often ask us
Both, and you can have either on its own. Some clients hand us a topic and want a finished deck and script. Others have the content and want help delivering it. For most of our clients, the value comes from the combination of these services. We shape the talk, and then rehearse you through delivering it.
Either. We do one-off support for a single high-stakes talk (a pitch, a keynote, a board meeting). We also run ongoing presentation training for teams who present regularly. Just tell us which you need.
Yes. We can take a deck from rough notes to a clean, polished design, or rework an existing one that's too dense to follow. Design support is available alongside any of our presentation work.
Both, natively. We coach delivery and build decks in either language, and we're comfortable with talks aimed at international audiences.
Not at all. We're used to working fast on tight timelines, and focused delivery coaching close to the date can make a real difference. Get in touch and we'll tell you honestly what's realistic.
The same people who run the agency: communicators and presenters who do this for a living. We are not trainers reciting theory. The advice is practical, tested, and drawn from real client work. That being said, each of trainers does have experience in education and training, including university lecturing, so we know how to organise and run a session.
